Possibility. Notes of an Orthodox Believer which contained a full version of The

Europe.
In Germany, The Protocols were first disseminated as hand-typed manuscripts at the end of World War I.
In 1920, they were published by the Völkischer Verlag. Author was Ludwig
Müller under the pseudonym Gottfried zur Beek. Until 1933, the book was
published in 8 editions, followed by anther 25 editions by the NSDAP Publishing
House. Related articles were also published in the Völkischer Beobachter, the
fighting paper of the Nazis.
In 1922, the publishing house Karl-Rohm printed a brochure with the title: Der jüdische Kriegsplan zur Aufrichtung der Juden-Weltherrschaft (in English: The Jewish war plan for the establishment of world domination by Jews). It contained the main doctrines of The Protocols.
1923: Alfred Rosenberg (NAZI theorist and ideologue) published a treatise
about The Protocols and later on in 1927 a brochure titled Der
Weltverschwörungskongress zu Basel, (The World Conspiracy Congress in Basel,)
where he claimed that the congress was about the validity of the Protocols.
In USA, Henry Ford published his book The International Jew in the 1920s,

Many books have been written about the origin of The Protocols. Much remains unknown, i.e. a mystery, and thus perfectly suited for conspiracy theories.
The Protocols was a main contributor to the Nazis ideology and finally paved the way to the Death Camps
Even nowadays, The Protocols is used by Anti-Semitists/Anti-Zionists throughout the world.
